Daddy's Little Girl!

I'm Not Tired!

My Night last night... Jonathan left to go to his fire meeting, and it was just mommy and Aurora.... plus the dogs. :+) As soon as daddy left, I fed her, then we played, then Bath time, some more play time with mommy, then i turned on a movie, and laid her in her play pin in the living room (i was trying to get her really TIRED) 10 min went by and she started this
She went on like this for about 20-30 min. and was making our dog eva CRAZY!!!!
So I made her a bottle, gave her a kiss and laid her down. She went down with no fussing. I thought I did a pretty good job, I really wore her out... right? WRONG! I heard little movements here and there, but for the most part, i thought she was sleeping. I was getting pretty excited! Some quite time! So i started getting ready for bed.... Then I heard THE RATTLE, at first i thought maybe she kicked it... then I kept hearing it... and then came the squeal!!!! And this is what i found.

Trust me her crib didn't look like that when i laid her down. it was all nice and neat and clean...

Giggles

6 months... already?

Our little princess in now 6 months... that was the fastest 6 months of my life! It's crazy to see how much she has changed in just a short time. She now eats baby foods, and apple juice. and has been trying to get up on her knees to crawl. She's a very determined little girl, and also very cranky because she can't do half the stuff she wants to do.
ONE DAY MY LITTLE PRINCESS, YOU WILL BE THERE.
She loves to be on the go... at all times! She just discovered that she can touch the dogs... The youngest dog eva was laying on the floor in the living room, so I sat with Aurora on the floor so she could touch her! Her little eyes grew BIG and determined to get this dog. She took a big chunk of dog fur in each hand and started pulling, kicking and giggling. Eva just laid there and let her do it. Jonathan and I have been working with the dogs from day one, pulling on tails, ears, fur, and paws, so we wouldn't have to worry about the snipping at Aurora. and now Aurora know she's in charge of these dogs!
I can't believe only 6 more months and our princess will be a year old. Time sure does fly! Although I'm sad my baby is getting bigger, I'm NOT sad enough to have a 2nd one any time soon. :+) We're just enjoying our Aurora!

Who needs dog treats?

Very rare will we buy our dogs treats, only if they are on sale. But who needs dog treats when you have icicles?
